ALCHEMIZE YOUR LIFE: BREATHWORK + YOGA RETREAT

June 3-7th, 2027, Mount Shasta, CA

Located at the Sacred Way Wellness Sanctuary

Rising more than 14,000 feet above Northern California, Mount Shasta is one of the most extraordinary landscapes in the country—a massive volcanic mountain surrounded by ancient forests, alpine meadows, rivers, and some of the clearest spring water in the region.

Here, snow and ice gathered high on the mountain slowly make their way through the volcanic earth, eventually emerging as cold, crystalline springs at its base. The water that rises from the mountain becomes the beginning of the Upper Sacramento River, carrying its journey outward and nourishing everything it encounters along the way.

There is something profound about immersing in yoga and breathwork in a place where water, earth, air, and fire are not simply concepts, but living experiences all around you.

This is the landscape we will enter together.

A landscape that asks us to slow down.

To listen.

To remember.

To be.

A RETURN TO WHAT IS ESSENTIAL

For a few days, we will step away from the noise, stimulation, and business of everyday life and enter into a more natural rhythm.

A rhythm governed by the rising and setting of the sun.

By breath.

By movement.

By stillness.

By the forest beneath our feet and the mountain above us.

By the wisdom of the elements + the intelligence of nature.

Through daily yoga asana, intentional up-regulating breathwork practices, meditation, and teachings drawn from the ancient indigenous wisdom, we will explore what it means to become more deeply present—not only on the mat, but in the way we move through our lives.

Because presence is not something we find only when everything becomes quiet.

BREATHWORK IS THE DOORWAY INTO THAT EXPLORATION

An opportunity to experience the breath not simply as something we do, but as something that can teach us how to inhabit our bodies, regulate our nervous systems, cultivate awareness, and meet ourselves more honestly and truthfully.

Each day will have ample time + space to experience breathwork in a ceremonial setting. These up-regulating breathwork journeys will give you the opportunity to rediscover your true self.

Tapping back into your:

Empowerment. Enthusiasm. Joy. Bliss. Resiliency + Magic.

Releasing any shame, guilt, trauma, grief, anger, and sadness.

Nature has your back, and so do I.

YOGA GIVES US ANOTHER LANGUAGE

Movement.

Stillness.

Attention.

Discipline.

Will.

And meditation will give us the space to simply witness what is alive, and give ourselves the opportunity to turn our dreams into a living reality.

THIS RETREAT ISN’T ABOUT ESCAPING LIFE

It's about creating enough space to hear yourself within it.

To step out of autopilot.

To quiet the external noise long enough to recognize what your soul has been asking for your attention.

To reconnect with your body, your temple.

To deepen your relationship with your breath.

To remember that beneath all of the roles, responsibilities, expectations, and identities we carry, there is a quieter place within us that has been there all along.

Mount Shasta gives us the landscape.

The practices give us the tools.

The breath is the bridge.

And the rest is an invitation to meet yourself.

Come breathe alongside the mountain and stunning waterfalls.

Come move with the earth.

Come immerse yourself in the waters.

Come sit in the silence.

Come practice being here.

Come remember what it feels like to truly arrive.

PRESENCE IS A SKILL

And like any skill, it can be practiced.

We will practice returning to the breath.

Returning to the body.

Returning to stillness.

Returning to ourselves, our true selves.

THE WATER REMEMBERS HOW TO FLOW

There is a beautiful lesson in the waters of Mount Shasta.

Water doesn't force its way forward.

It moves.

It yields.

It finds the opening.

It follows the path of least resistance.

And in doing so, it eventually becomes something much larger than itself.

Our practice will invite us into a similar inquiry
